Can I pay via PayPal?
My credit card is not accepted. What’s wrong?
If your credit card was declined, please check the following
- There are no spaces in your credit card number.
- The delivery address is the same as the one associated with your credit card.
- Your name appears exactly the same as on the card.
When will my order be shipped?
Processing orders for shipping can take up to 3-5 business days after it is placed.
How can I change my order?
You can change the recipient or ship to address before your order is shipped by sending an email to: email@example.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive within 4-6 weeks after it was placed. You can read more about our shipping terms here.
The delivery takes longer than expected. What’s wrong?
On the very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the stated standard shipping time due to the customs formalities. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if the delivery takes longer than 45 days.
Can I change my order after it was shipped?
No, you can’t make any amendments to your order after it was shipped.
Not all of the items from my order arrived. What’s wrong?
Sometimes we send partial shipments to expedite the delivery process. Don’t worry, all the missing items will arrive shortly.
Can I return my order?
Sure, you have 30 days to return your order. Learn how to do it here.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund is issued within 35 days after we receive the items you sent to us.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are free within 30 days after you placed the order.
There are only 3 simple rules for order returns:
- The return should be made within 30 days after you placed the order.
- The returned items should be unused with the original tags attached.
- You should send your items in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
Please note, that the items bought with 50% discount and more can't be returned.
